Standish Parks & Rec Summer Camps
Campers will enjoy a variety of indoor/outdoor activities including field trips, special events, arts & crafts, sports, swimming and games.
Our program will enforce the recommended guidelines as set by the Maine CDC.
Start date of camp will be determined once we know what the last day of school will be.
Held at Edna Libby Elementary School for campers entering grades K-3 in the fall.
Held at George E. Jack Elementary School for campers entering grades 4-6 in the fall.
Regular Camp Day Hours: 9:00am - 3:00pm (field trips and scheduled activities occur between these hours).
Extended Camp Day Hours: 7:30am - 5:00pm (supervised, non-structured activities occur during these extended am/pm hours).
Full Summer or Weekly Camp Option available
Online Registration Process:
Resident Registration Begins March 15
Non-Resident Registration Begins March 22
A deposit of $200 is required at the time of registration.
Balance is due by June 15
Registration Deadline: June 15 for the full summer (or until the program fills). After June 15, the weekly rate applies for the available weeks.
Final payments Due: Please note that payments are required in full by June 15. If you have questions regarding your balance, please call the Parks & Recreation Department at 642-2875.
If your child withdraws from camp, written notice must be given five business days prior to your child's withdrawal from the program in order to receive a refund, minus a $25 administrative fee. If your child withdraws prior to the start of the program, five business days notice is not required for a refund but a $25 administrative fee will be charged. Notice can be given by email to Brady at email@example.com.
Please Note: Campers who are registered for the full 7-week program will pay a discounted rate. Campers who register for individual weeks will pay the regular rate. If a refund is requested, it will be figured based on the the total number of weeks attended rather than how many weeks were originally registered. The Parks & Recreation Department recognizes there can be extenuating circumstances and maintains the right to handle refunds on a case-by-case basis as necessary.
