Playground Fun: Join us at Johnson Field Playground for some unstructured play this summer! Guided Meditation for Stress Do you know what excessive stress can do to your body? Are you aware that there is a non-chemical, quiet, gentle, peaceful way to resolve stress?Meditation allows us to focus on our "within" and it brings us to a relaxed state. We can "shut out the external noise" for short periods of time. This allows our body to rest and to re-focus its energy into healing itself. It helps us to re-balance our body. And it brings us an inner peace that re-establishes our mind-body-spirit connection.Join us for a "Meditation for Stress Management" Class with Robert D.
