Join us for a visit to the grounds of the St. Anthony's Monastery aka Franciscan Friary, which is about four miles from the town of Kennebunk.
Formerly an estate, this facility has been owned and cared for by Lithuanian Franciscans since 1947. 

The Monastery is situated on 66 acres with rolling lawns, riverside walking paths and English Gardens designed by the landscape architect company of the Frederick Law Olmstead Brothers. As you meander through the peaceful pathways, you can also stop to rest on benches strategically placed along the route and at the outdoor chapels.

After some time on the grounds - and in the gift shop - we will find some lunch in the area (on your own) before heading home.
