Join certified yoga instructor Samantha Summerfield for  Chair Yoga at Standish Recreation!


Chair yoga includes gentle stretches and movements, which can enhance flexibility in joints,  strengthen muscles and help with better balance and stability - without putting excessive strain on the body.

Like traditional yoga, chair yoga emphasizes mindfulness and controlled breathing and can be adapted to suit various fitness levels and physical abilities.
