Strong Body - Strength Training Class

Join NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Amy Kilburn for this beginner strength training class. The class will use light weight dumbbells or body weight to strengthen the core and upper and lower body to help with everyday functional activities all while helping to reduce chronic pain and gain total body strength. Come see how quickly you can start seeing results and feeling stronger!  Any level welcome. Please bring a set of dumbbells 5-10lbs (or heavier if not a/ beginner) and a mat. Min: 88/1
