Guided Meditation for Stress

Meditation allows us to focus on our "within" and it brings us to a relaxed state. We can "shut out the external noise" for short periods of time. This allows our body to rest and to re-focus its energy into healing itself. It helps us to re-balance our body. And it brings us an inner peace that re-establishes our mind-body-spirit connection.
