Adult & Senior Fitness Program
In collaboration with Saint Joseph’s College, we are offering a comprehensive Fitness Program geared toward functional exercises which promote strength, balance and coordination. Zach Chase is a licensed athletic trainer working with athletes at Saint Joseph’s College and has experience working with all ages and fitness levels. This program will be a seven week session and include a 30-minute evaluation at the beginning of the session for new participants and a re-evaluation for existing participants. Evaluations consist of movement screen, medical history and biometrics. Re-evaluations can be done every three months (for an additional fee) to track progress.

Date:  Mondays and Wednesdays: 2/25/19 - 4/17/19
Time: 10:30 am – 11:30 am
Ages: Adults and Seniors
Cost: Full 7 Week Session: $170 (for existing participants)
$200 (for new participants)
