Adult & Senior Fitness Program
In collaboration with Saint Joseph’s College, we are offering a comprehensive Fitness Program geared toward functional exercises which promote strength, balance and coordination. Zach Chase is a licensed athletic trainer working with athletes at Saint Joseph’s College and has experience working with all ages and fitness levels. This program will be in six-week sessions and include a 30-minute evaluation at the beginning of the session.Evaluations take place before the program starts and consist of: movement screen, medical history and biometrics. Re-evaluations can be done every three months (for an additional fee) to track progress.

Date:  Mondays and Wednesdays: 1/7/18 - 2/13/18
Time: 10:30 am – 11:30 am
Ages: Adults and Seniors
Cost: Full 6 Week Session: $170 (includes 30-minute evaluation)
