Adult & Senior Fitness Program
In collaboration with Saint Joseph’s College, we are offering a comprehensive Fitness Program geared toward functional exercises which promote strength, balance and coordination. Zach Chase is a licensed athletic trainer working with athletes at Saint Joseph’s College and has experience working with all ages and fitness levels. This program will include a 30-minute evaluation at the beginning of the session for new participants and a re-evaluation for existing participants. Evaluations consist of movement screen, medical history and biometrics. Re-evaluations can be done every three months (for an additional fee) to track progress.

Date:  Tuesdays and Thursdays: 10/15/19 - 12/19/19 (no class 11/25 - 11/29)
Time: 10:30 am – 11:30 am
Ages: Adults and Seniors
Cost: Full Session: $230 (includes one evaluation)
