This yoga program will be open to all levels of yoga! Classes will focus on mindful movement with emphasis on breath, meditation and relaxation. These classes will teach the basic foundations of Vinyasa Yoga by moving through the body's full range of motion via standing, laying, seated and kneeling postures. Modifications will be given for all ability levels.
Required materials: yoga mat, towel and water.
Suggested materials: 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga strap, blanket or bolster.
